Latifah’s early years were filled with hardship. She was abandoned by her mother when she was just 4 years old. Her father, severely ill and unable to work, could not provide for the family. With no one to care for her, young Latifah became malnourished and vulnerable.

Thankfully, since coming into our care, Latifah has transformed into a healthy, happy girl. She is now in Primary 3 and continues to grow stronger each day. With a love for netball and a dream of becoming a teacher, Latifah is filled with hope and determination for a brighter future.
