Asaba comes from a large family of ten children. Her mother, who was living with HIV, struggled to provide for them all, and Asaba began to suffer from malnutrition. Concerned for her wellbeing, she was brought to HOU for support.

Despite the hardships she has faced, Asaba has a generous heart and a remarkable passion for cooking. She’s always ready to lend a hand wherever she’s needed, and her kindness shines through in everything she does.
