At Hope for Orphans Uganda (HOU), we are not just meeting physical needs—we are nurturing hearts for Jesus. Our vision is to see every child not only cared for and educated, but also transformed by the Gospel and equipped to share it with others.

Recently, something truly beautiful happened: several of our children gave their lives to Christ, and their baptisms took place right here at Hope School. It was a powerful reminder of what God is doing in the hearts of these young ones. Their joy, boldness, and growing faith moved everyone who witnessed it.

At HOU, we believe that when we remove barriers—like hunger, lack of education, and unmet basic needs—children become more receptive to the Word of God. When a child feels safe, loved, and valued, their heart is open to the truth of the Gospel. That’s why our work is holistic: we care for the body, mind, and spirit.

As we provide food, shelter, schooling, and a Christ-centered environment, we are creating space for discipleship to flourish. But we cannot do this alone.
